The JUICER they sent is used and damaged and scratched. Which won't wished to use or its not to give to as gift. I bought this item for to give a gift. But sorry to say it can't give as gift because it totally rough used and damaged.

Buyer purchased it on 24th of April and it was dispatched straight away. How come buyer never raised this straightaway after receiving it. Now buyer falsely claiming about used and damaged product. These are clearly lister under new other we never claimed they brand new. The item we send to every buyer we test then send it. Customers damaged and used it and now false claims. Customer never contacted straightaway request return through eBay. We still offer refund partially and full open on return
