I found the retailer to be very helpful, they responded quickly to every message and they apologised for the error. The item has now been returned free of charge. The whole thing took time and was a bit of a faff with taking pictures, emailing and having to go to the next town to post. I have faith that my money is being returned and would use them again.

    Used for the first time yesterday. The integral fat dripping tray is very good, no chance of being mislaid!. Very easy to clean. Far better than other brands I've had.

    Food sticks

    I bought this as a health grill but unless I use lots of oil the food sticks, the grill plates are not removable making it awkward to clean also not very good as a sandwich toaster also it is difficult to pickup and move as the top half does not lock closed. I'm disappointed with it

    Great Panini Maker

    Its easy to use and makes a great panini, my boys even fry salami and pepperoni it which is very tasty. Quick to heat up and small enough to tuck away in the cupboard when not in use. Only reason why I have given it a 4 and not a 5 is because when you press down to close it the lid does come back up a little so you need to hold it in place for a minute or two, the lid is also slightly twisted but that does not affect the use.
