7-29-23 8 AM: this is VERY FRUSTRATING - i need to return this item because it has a blemish, it is defective - your website is "circular" for refunds, it keeps asking same questions and after question answered and pictures loaded, your website stalls - there is no button or command for sending the information. Your articles and chat are not helpful, and attempting to reach a real live "agent", all just circles back to same opportunity to submit info but there is NO method to actually complet
