Both have cosmetic damage and general signs of use and wear, such as scratches, scuffs, marks, some sticker residue, and some cracks in the plastic case around the I/O ports. Both devices are missing the bottom rubber feat. One device is missing some screws. The heads of a couple screws have been stripped and a couple screws are a little difficult to remove. The plastic flaps for the ethernet ports on both devices have come off, one device comes with the flap. One device has a sticky spacebar, the other's 'End' key is broken. One of the devices has a dead pixel in the display, but it does not affect usability of the screen. HDD/SSD and RAM have been removed from both devices. Charging cables are not included. (Charging cables and RAM shown in images are for testing and demonstration purposes only and are not included in this listing)”

Through doing this we also aim to recycle and reuse old IT, computer and other equipment that would otherwise have ended up in a landfill. We are a team that prides ourselves on customer service. We employ a full time member of staff to carefully wrap and post your item.
