Sent me the wrong PlayStation that I ordered as I needed a specific model. Seller communication was great until I needed the refund seller dragged feet to give by asking if I keep and discount then making me use a delivery service which was not ideal for me which I told him. Final day before eBay forced a Royal Mail label he gave me the not ideal return label which I had to go out my way and waste 45 mins for so he could says £1.50 on post hence the negative feedback time totally wasted
