The baubles arrived poorly packaged, X2 were smashed in transit. The rest of the baubles in the pack were very poor quality, each one scratched and marked. I contacted the seller and it took one and a half weeks to reach the point where I was given a refund. A lot of back and forth with the seller asking questions about info that had already been provided, a lot of stalling the process.. Poor quality product, poor customer service.
