The strap that arrived was official apple product in an apple box. The box was open as stated but the product inside was clean and not used. It was the exact product on the photos. The seller was transparent about how they got these products and had good communication. I would buy these again at half the price of new straps. I would avoid other sellers that do not disclose how they obtain these straps to avoid fakes. Very pleased with this one.
