I cannot say enough about this seller, fantastic service. The item arrived very quickly and looked overall in very good condition. Unfortunately the ceramic pot had been broken in dispatch. I informed the seller and asked if he could replace the pot with a new one. To my surprise within four days a complete replacement slow cooker arrived in very good condition. I would certainly recommend this seller, and I will certainly use again.
