Shame it had to get to this. Couldn't register the device without permission / details of prior owner, seller initially resonsive but stalled me past the 14 day returns period despite agreeing to the return if no solution found, then denied the 'not as described' return and claimed I had asked for a software licence. Thankfully all contact over email so I could prove what they'd said when it came to it. Underhand seller, be VERY careful in dealing with them.
