I hate to leave feedback that is anything other than positive, but this was a dreadful experience, I was sent a reduced price offer for letterbox packaging which I accepted, it hadn't arrived weeks later, so I contacted them, they said it must be lost in the post and they'd send a replacement, I accepted their explanation as these things happen, but it happened twice more!! In the end, I had no alternative but to cancel and ask for a refund but why offer a discount & not follow through!
