I ordered 2 new saws. When they arrived 1 was new but the other had been used. It was not packed correctly in the case, there were signs of use on the fitted blade, and there were scratches on the base plate. Both the saw and the inside of the case were littered with sawdust. The seller did not accept that they had sent a used item, so I didn’t order a replacement from them. I decided to open a return case and take it from there. There is other feedback saying a Parkside item was not new. Beware
