Goods arrived loose in a ridiculous flimsy cardboard box, no effort made to protect the goods with packaging in any form what soever. I did contact, "sunnytekz". the response was tar from satisfactory, not helpful. I told them I am not bothered about the money and I will source the bookends elsewhere. really bad service in my opinion
