Seller cancelled my item as my address contains a line"do not leave outside addressee only" no other company has had issue with this and i get no lost deliveries'.this seller would not accept this as address as states was delivery note and should be inside!! ( courier cant read it then, ! so he refused my order , really 😔 .

I really cannot understand that kind of people’s aim.. This customer typed colon(:) and added delivery notice on address line, it didn’t allowed me to purchase label. It said it cannot contain special character and should not be more than 35 characters. I let them know but the customer argued with me and wanted to me cancel it and I’ve done it for the customer. I don’t mind any delivery note or anything else typed, this is not a problem. Why do I refuse to sell something about delivery notice
