The item was exactly as described, and it arrived quickly. I understand that shipping costs are rising but this shipping seemed a bit high based on the size and weight of the item. I did however know the cost of shipping before I placed my order, so that was my call.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, postal rates are killing profits recently. Your listing requested shipping of $12.99 for USPS ground, one of the cheapest shipping options. When listing fixed prices I always set it to the cost of shipping to California to make sure I don't lose any money on the sale. The expectation is that you can add the sales price and shipping to understand your total cost up front. Shipping actually cost me $10.03 for your shipment. Thanks again for your feedback.
