We will ship most items to most countries depending on weight, destination and type of products involved. Most international orders under 2Kg in actual weight are shipped by registered post.

We ship by international couriers such as DHL and other consolidation carriers, the type of courier used depends on the destination and overall weight of the order.

--Your Rights--
 
As per the Distance Selling and e-Commerce Regulations applicable to UK and EU sales, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you let us know within 14 working days, which is the cooling off period. Please let us know by using the messaging email service as soon as possible, in any event within 14 working days, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and your message should be clearly worded stating that you wish to cancel. It is your right to receive a full refund within 30 days of the notice of cancellation, your cancellation must be in writing using the messaging email service. If you cancel, you must return all the products in the order including any gifts that you receive with your order.

--Failed Deliveries & Losses--
 
Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take upto 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.
 
Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make necessary enquiries with the carrier involved, in our enquires, we may ask you to complete an electronic and or paper claim form and or any documentation requirements from the carrier.     Multum in Parvo

    Effective pre-shave, especially in hot weather--dab it on, let it have 30 seconds, then use the electric shaver in the normal way for a smoother easier and pleasanter run over the face and neck. The lotion also helps to keep the shaving heads lubricated, reducing wear on the cutters--a useful by-product. But do keep the cutters clean. Most electric shavers nowadays can run under the tap for a quick rinse, with a weekly brushout. The scent of a pre-shave is a very personal thing of course. I do lament the loss of the old Chanel pre-electric shave and more recently the withdrawal of the Dior equivalent but the mossy fragrance of the Stratos under review is OK for myself and family and can be overriden by a more powerful aftershave if required.

    Best value pre - electric on the market today

    I used to use Boots pre - electric but they stupidly discontinued it. Blue Stratos is just as good although more expensive but no where near as expensive as other brands

    Sets up beard for a closer shave

    Does a good job of setting up your beard to give a closer electric shave. Not a very distinct smell but that’s not a bad thing as it doesn’t detract from your after shave lotion. Not quite as good as the more expensive brands but better value.

    TRUE BLUE STRATOS -Family Favourite

    My Son Enjoys the Blue Stratos After Shave and also the Blue Stratos Pre-Electric Shaving Lotion. I compliment him on it, but he does not say if any compliments come from elsewhere also ! Has used it since he was just a youngster and still he asks me to get it for him.

    Excellent product.

    I have always had difficulty getting a really smooth shave, I have motility issues so cannot always turn my neck to the best position for shaving. This product makes the razor glide over the skin and also lubricates the razor.
