Smart, quiet machine once installed.
The machine works well, particularly once you've mastered the somewhat tricky programme variations. It's quiet, no motor hum, you just hear the washing moving about. But the big disappointment was the installation instructions, which were sadly lacking proper details. There were pictures with numbers, some of which were referred to, others not. I called the company for an explanation of a unexplained symbol shown on the programme chart, but they were unable to help. I still have a few supplied items left, with no explanation where they should fit. The shortest programme we've found is 30 minutes, which seems to suffice for all but the dirtiest washes. High quality, great price
Hughes were great because they shipped the item with the stabilising rods still in the machine, indicating it was either unused/ex-display or they’d put them in for transport. It took a bit of time to set up (integrated) but in the end I got a £450 machine for £220.
