I have a return for this item seller gave me free postage to send it back but refused to honour it so I sent it back this morning by Parcelforce but it cost me £52 to send it back! They rarely answer there emails and they did not say that I had to put the item together myself as it comes in boxes a large 2 seater Chesterfield never heard of anything so ridiculous? As I sent it via Parcelforce it was under reference number XA3975488.
I’m hoping eBay will look into this for me as I paid return!

This arrived 3 days early but I have had a few problems with this product. A miner hole in the roof section which looked like a packing problem. Also mine came slightly sorter than described (about 170mm) which for what I was using this for made a difference.
I informed the seller and found them to be very helpful and polite. They have gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I have had, and on this basis would use this company again. The overall product is a good quality for the money.
