I bought 2 of these chests. When I started assembling them it became apparent that the top of one was missing. I contacted the seller who sent the missing piece. When I received it, it was slightly different in colour to the other one. I contacted the seller again and I agreed to keep the chest with a £20 refund. Once in my bathroom and with things on top it isn't really noticeable unless you absolutely scrutinise the chests. I'm happy with the outcome.
