The parcel was delayed. I chased it with Paul who responded immediately to reassure me the parcel had been sent and will arrive in a few days and if not, he would refund or replace the item. I agreed to wait a little longer but asked for replacement in case of failed delivery. Surely enough, the parcel arrived a couple of days later, so even though a little late, the service from Paul and his communications were great. I remain a happy customer. Thanks Paul!
