'describe pros and cons' - no cons.. been a florist 40 years and have pains in hands, elbows and shoulders- a friend had a great dane dog and she gave the similar dog version to her dog and it was running about whereas before struggled to walk. I too can run around but more to the point no aches and pains in fingers hands wrists, etc - swear by them and when I forget to take them if im tired I soon know about it. This is a great combo of ingredients to help my osteo arthritis in my ankle. You'll need to take them regularly for a month before you will notice a difference, 12 years later I rely on these!
