I broke my Powerbeats 4, which I loved, so wanted the same model again. The model no longer available at the shops meant I went online. Having had them before I could quickly identify copies due to minor variations. With this seller from UK, I assumed all was legit. But they are not originals, prompt sounds are not the same, battery life a fraction of original ones. Can play and pause from right control but nothing else ie skip / go back. No auto off after time not in use. Charge cable not org.

Really good seller to deal with, as I wasn't happy with item. Fast response, fair and very respectful. Headphones were replaced because I could hear faint alarm sound when using Bluetooth on TV and phone. Replacement has the same problem, but alarm is a bit fainter. However, the overall sound and base is so good that I'm hoping I can ignore this over time. Maybe use as a backup. I wouldn't want to rely on these as my main pair. Very comfortable as well. Headphones 7.5/10 Seller 10/10
