Box arrived damaged. Perfumes were not as they appear in the advert - miniature bottles. They were like the little vials you can pick up for free from any perfume counter. Very disappointed as was for a gift. Company offered a refund (at first only if I paid postage, then repeating offer but not mentioning postage so unclear). Am pensioner living in very rural area so did not have time or energy to send back.

It is important to note that the listing clearly stated that the item for sale was a set of vials of 1.5ml perfumes and the display box clearly stated that the pictures were for illustration purposes only. There was no mention of miniature bottles in the listing. The buyer made a mistake assuming that they were purchasing miniature bottles for £14.99. However, we appreciate that you agreed to a return as a gesture of goodwill, with the postage deducted. We have been fair and prompt in handling.
