My item has not been delivered. I have contacted the seller to report this and asked them to raise a claim with Royal Mail as they are the sender. The tracking shows a white door and a shadow of a delivery person but no parcel. I have a brown door. I have asked them 4 times to raise a claim with Royal Mail which they have not done. They have asked me to provide proof of non receipt - how am I meant to prove it. The tracking shows it was sent to the wrong delivery office twice!!!
