Was bad from the off, plug wouldn’t charge the laptop then bought a new one as directed charged it up it made a terrible racket then was okay for 12 hours, put it on sleep mode for a couple of hours went to turn it on it wouldn’t contacted seller was prompted to take the battery out and restart the devise. Not a good service
