I had a little problem by way of sending me the wrong bell unit. They sorted the problem out within a couple of days, sent me a refund and allowed me to keep the old one which I donated to our local charity shop. Good door bell at the right price and outstanding customer service.

The item arrived quickly. But when it arrived it was broken. In addition, I measured the voltage across a fully charged battery and it was only 20V, not 48V as stated on the battery. Also, the Charger is only rated at 21V. See Photos. After exchanging quite a few messages with the seller, expressing my disappointment with the product description, and the fact that it arrived broken, he agreed to a full refund. I have only given a positive rating, because he agreed to a full refund.
