I received a very very worn; completely scratched with a big chunk of tint missing also,pair of sunglasses,that were advertised as new with tags. The tag was cut off and the glasses appeared to have been worn for many years as soon as you looked at the lenses and the extensive damage. The whole experience was negative and still is ongoing as the seller is obviously annoyed that she got called out for false advertising. Customer service really awful experience Beware of false advertising folks.

Far from the truth I did everything in my power to help you every item is inspected & packaged safely, on this rare occasion the item got damaged in transit out of my controlI would never falsely advertise an item, my feedback from the last 12yrs of selling proves thatyou spammed me with over 20 msgs within 10min of the item being delivered & gave me no chance to replyas soon as I saw the messages I apologized for the inconvenience & offered a full refund, return costs & any other support
