They then further replied it had been returned to them broken and they would replace a lightbulb and resend to me. I raised a concern about it being g broken but do no response. Suddenly go a refund on 1 May without any explanation. Shocking communication- have now bought the same lamp elsewhere for a better price! Would not use again !
