First the seller sent the wrong tie, and I had to send it back. When the right tie arrived, after 2 months, it had a large grease stain in front, and was encrusted with white dirt in the narrow part. This was NOT mentioned in the description. I paid a full collector's price and the tie should have been pristine. I asked for a partial refund (I must have it professionally cleaned to make it wearable), but he didn't even answer me. He just refunded the postage costs, without a word of apology.

the photograph clearly shows the mark, we reduced price as well, sold item for £60 and the buyer wants £50 refund for dry cleaning

Lies bother me out of pity, I will neutralize you and reduce the price because it was a purchase-sale arrangement, it was not charity. Yes, there is eBay international shipping from the UK and the service I contrast was the lowest because obviously I asked at Royal Mail and obviously I asked for my refund. be aware, the buyer stoped the payment and opened a payment dispute case the moment we added the tracking, it takes three weeks for the item to reach Mexico
