There was an issue witch is human error and can happen to anyone. I messaged and they arranged for correct one to be sent and old one picked up however I was in dier need of a microwave so used the one sent. They did send a part refund for the mistake which I appriciate. Communication is great and like I said anyone can make an error of sending incorrect item especially as it was the same brand and colour. But the product sent was immaculate and well worth the money. Highly recommended
