This got held up somehow in the postal service and didn't arrive when it should have done. I contacted the seller, who immediately sent out a replacement, which arrived in record time. Some days later, I received the original package and asked for details of sending it back to them. The seller told me to keep both packages, which was very helpful - I live in an area where the post offices are a bit like hen's teeth - so I now have a reserve. Excellent service
