the hose is described as 3/4 however when it arrived it’s only half inch Hose numerous occasions trying to get this sorted. It is eventually arrived today

The advertisement doesn't specify whether it's 3/4 inch or 1/2 inch. I provided a 19mm diameter, and it would have been helpful if you had asked for clarification on the size (Outer or inner). It seems like there was a clear missunderstanding.
