The goods were slightly different than in the original advert, but the seller contacted me directly, describing the difference (and attaching a photo) and asking me to confirm that I wanted to proceed before posting the goods to me. I can't fault that: I'm sure I could have asked more questions if I had wanted to.
The goods took 8 days to arrive, which was longer than expected, but as postage was only £4 (for a box of sports shoes) I think that's not important.
