I purchased these shoes and expected to receive them within a week or so. After a week had passed, I contacted the seller. I didn’t feel that I received a prompt response. When I got a message two days later, the seller said that the shoes were misplaced and she couldn’t find them. Prompt communication and a refund should have been established by the seller before seven days + two days of no communication.
