they arrived bang on time, The packaging was good and the product was faultless. But, The shoes are too small. I take a 10 but I ordered a 11 just in case so be warned. These shoes are narrow so if you have wider feet order a couple of sizes bigger. This retailer doesn't accept returns, If they did I would ask if they do a 12 and exchange them. Not the retailers fault just how the shoes are now. My old ones are size ten and fit perfectly but they have changed the design. :( Thank you.
