Unfortunately the bowl arrived broken. It was clear from the condition of the box, which was clearly covered with 'fragile' tape, that it had been crushed or dropped during transit. Upon receipt of some photos of the damaged packaging, the seller initiated the refund process. I rate this seller five stars for his speed and efficiency in dealing with the issues.
