Negative feedback is about the product, NOT the seller. The packet had already been opened, completely cut along the top. Item made of very flimsy plastic which broke on the first use. It looks like metal in the photo but is cheap plastic. Seller responded quickly with an offer of £1 refund or to return for a full refund. As it would have cost me the same price in postage I declined. Don’t waste your money on this item.

Cooks things to perfection and in half the time. I like mine so much I bought two more, to give to my adult children. My daughter loves hers too but my son hasn't used his yet. If you use tomato based products, expect some staining. A great product, so easy to use and a very reasonable price too.

Think I was expecting too much from a plastic pressure cooker, no quicker than the steamer it was going to replace,plus I had to glue the lid because it came apart everytime I used it. The recipe book was a joke

Good when use it at the first time
I have used it , first time was perfect but the next time, the cover is always not tight enough. Water inside the pot came to outside, mcrowave look diry. Dried rice because of no more water inside the pot. I had to cook it again and pour a little bit water inside the pot

PLEASURABLE PRESSURE...
There are no cons, all pros. Just used it, following the very clear instructions with wonderful results. Light and fluffy Basmati in just 18-20 minutes. I used it with the valve cover closed to avoid steaming up the microwave---PERFECTION. Make sure you firstly wash your rice until the water runs clear, that gets rid of excess starch... These are well worth every penny as you can cook a cross section of food items with them.. GENUINE.BARGAIN...pj. I'm extremely impressed with this little gem, so iv'e just bought another two...There are no cons, all pros. Just used it, following the very clear instructions with wonderful results.
