This is the first time I received a faulty item. I contacted the seller to informed him about the item not working, he responded and advised me to do some troubleshooting but nothing worked. He said the RAM was taken off from a working laptop. I’m guessing the shipping probably damaged the item. The seller is so great which offered for a refund. The seller is reliable and it was not his fault, it is just unfortunate that item became faulty during shipping.
