V-bad seller, bought 3 x hydrogen bottles, arrived faster than expected, wrapped poorly in paper and plastic bag, relying upon the box they come in to protect them, 1 was smashed to pieces, contacted seller, said they would send replacement, long time wait, no sign, they say they have sent another 1, but no tracking number!... more time wait, still nothing, ask for refund 12 days ago, they said wait 1more week, I ask again for refund, they say again 1more week. No more wait, I want refund now.
