The CD was misdirected to the wrong house so I didn't receive it for a few weeks but the seller was really helpful and refunded me immediately. When the package did arrive (well wrapped and in great condition) I notified her, but she allowed me to keep the CD even though I'd received a refund. A very generous hearted seller.

+++ Original programme sadly went missing in the post, but the seller went over & above to source a replacement & get it to me. The loss of the original was completely out of the control of the seller, and I am left more than happy with the sellers efforts to see me as whole as I could be given the circumstances.
