This bag was a hot mess when I received it! It was rolled up with bubble wrap and looked like a bath towel shipped in a plastic bag mailer! I've never seen a designer handbag not shipped in a box! It completely lost his shape being shipped that way and the outside was dirtier and more damaged than the pictures showed. I've been working to clean it and restore it. It's starting to come back to life. I kept wondering what somebody did to get it into such bad condition! Very disappointing purchase!
