The stone was definitely NOT Alexandrite but I wasn't expecting it would be. The ring is beautiful and the shipping went well especially considering the challenges of sending something from the middle of a was zone. I think this is a good seller, I just can't leave a + review for an untrue description; however, I also can't leave a - review when the customer service was good, the packaging and shipping were great and the ring is lovely. I WOULD definitely buy from this seller again.

I’m very happy with my beautiful earrings that arrived today. They arrived a few days late because the postal service sent the package to the wrong address. I contacted the sellers and they immediately contacted the person who received the package by mistake. The sellers provided the person with a new shipping label and the package was forwarded to me. Although this was not the sellers fault, they acted quickly to resolve the issue and got the earrings to me. I highly recommend this seller.
