I contacted the seller about the outer cover of the 4K/Blu-ray case. As the main part of the package was in perfect condition he advised he d send a replacement cover. He did by return post & enclosed a postage-paid envelope for me to return the damaged cover. The communication was straightforward & friendly. I should have communicated with him prior to leaving any feedback. I apologised for this mistake in protocol. The matter has been resolved satisfactorily for me.
