Despite the hiccups, I will be happy to order from this seller again. I ordered two jars of the Neal s Yard Frankincense Nourishing Cream at a very good price. Unfortunately when the order arrived there was an error and one jar was wrong. Although the seller s response was frustratingly slow and they were not able to replace the second jar, they did eventually refund the second jar after I had returned it. They explained they d been unwell causing the slow response so that can t be helped.

I discovered this face cream relatively recently because I needed to change the product I was using as it was not giving the best results for my skin. This particular Vichy product does what it says according to the description and that is why I am adopting it as my facial skin care moisturiser and as a bonus I have obtained it at a very competitive price!
