Item was not very well packaged which unfortunately meant it arrived damaged. However, despite this damage there was evidence it was damaged before it was sent. The item description said no damage. Using help from eBay I did get a refund including the original postage after returning it at the seller's cost, so overall a neutral experience as i am not sure without help from eBay i would've had such a smooth return / refund.
