The Woman is rude and unhelpful. She hasn't responded helpfully to my requests. She first said she hadn't sent the item and then went on holiday for 2 weeks. I waited politely, as I hadn't responded quickly to the sale. It was the least I could do. Now, 3 weeks later, I politely requested she send the item. She now claims to have sent it ages ago but won't say when. I don't believe she sent it at all. She refused to be helpful and just told me to get a refund. Terrible service!
