Terrible experience, I asked for a photo of the doll to save me returning it after receive it and realise its nothing like the picture. ( it was exactly that ) So I returned it on the 8th dec and still in battle for a refund, I've all the proof of return here. But I'd steer clear of this seller. Yes they are quick enough to send it out , but not to respond for your request for a refund, also denying they have it back . Still waiting!
