I placed an order for a Lavish Memory Foam Mattress on September 24th, with an expected delivery date of September 28th. However, as of today, October 3rd, the item has not yet been delivered. I have spent the last six days attempting to resolve this issue with both Lavish and the courier, XDP, but have received no satisfactory response from either party.
I must express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service provided by both Lavish and XDP.
