Sadly the item I brought had been inaccurately described so when it arrived, which it did quickly and well packaged, it was the wrong size. I found the retailer to be very helpful, they responded quickly to every message and they apologised for the error. The item has now been returned free of charge. The whole thing took time and was a bit of a faff with taking pictures, emailing and having to go to the next town to post. I have faith that my money is being returned and would use them again.

    OK so far

    It seems to perform better than the previous one we had. That only lasted 2years . This iron has similar features as the previous one. We hope that the weak part which caused the old one to fail does not cretae the same problem with the new one.

    A nice iron, it does the job

    This is a nice iron, for hands with arthritis it is a little bit heavy and therefore at time painful. Marking for temperature difficult to see and sole can at times feel sticky.
