Issue was when delivered the unit had no shelves and no door shelves. Customer services did send a few after chatting to them but no door shelves were sent. After contacting CS again, they took ages getting back. First agent stated that they had located some and dispatched them. even sent a tracking number, but after a few days nothing was sent after checking the tracking. Contacted CS again, and after checking there was nothing sent and only offered me a partial refund of 10%. Not Happy!!!

I checked reviews and was impressed. The delivery was very good, my fridge arrived in a couple of days. I was nervous about buying a reconditioned fridge, however I think it's a great buy. It looks new, apart from a few minor exterior marks which were listed. It works well. Customer service and communication is excellent. Compared to Currys I have saved myself £100 on buying the cheapest fridge they have. This one is probably much better. A happy customer 😊
