The only thing that stopped this feedback being negative, is that I don't want to ruin your 100% positive feedback, and the apology sounded pretty genuine. There's nothing more frustrating than buying something you need, and then waiting patiently for it, and 2 days after it's supposed to arrive, being told that they can't find it and it shouldn't be listed because they don't know where it is. Total waste of my time. I now have to buy another and wait for that.

Firstly the seller is NOT at fault here. The seller was let down by the useless Evri/packlink service. Over 10 days to deliver! Useless! The seller on the other hand was brilliant, A1 communication, item is superb, as described and certainly worth the money! Will use seller again but will ask if seller could use a different courier service. No negative feedback here for seller!
